What is a consumer conflict?

A consumer dispute is one that results from a consumer legal relationship, always involving a consumer and a professional (although there may be several consumers or several professionals involved on each side).

It is also important to limit consumer disputes to situations in which the complaint is filed by the consumer. If the consumer does not comply with the contract, namely by not paying the price of the good or service, we are not faced with a conflict that can be classified as a consumer conflict. This is because the reason for characterizing a conflict as a consumer dispute lies in the specific position (of greater weakness) in which the consumer usually finds himself.
